If you are not satisfied with the artwork or prints you received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please get in touch with Zylaco as soon as possible. When you return it, please ensure that the art is undamaged and in its original packaging. Also, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. After Zylaco receives and inspects the artwork, they will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost if it is undamaged.
Zylaco does not offer exchanges for artwork or prints.
Zylaco's print-on-demand (POD) "merch" is made to order by our printing partner, Printful. As such, Zylaco follows Printful's return policy to handle returns. It's important to note that Printful and Zylaco only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remorse. This means that you can't return the item if you don't like the fit or ordered the wrong size. Exchanges are not allowed. Zylaco appreciates your understanding of this policy, which helps manage expectations and avoid potential misunderstandings.
What to do if a POD item arrives damaged
Please contact Zylaco as soon as possible if your POD product arrives damaged so I can initiate a problem report with Printful. You will have to provide me with photos of the damage for the report. If the result is favorable, they will then replace the item.
Wrong address
Zylaco is not responsible if you enter a wrong or incorrectly formatted address at checkout and your product does not arrive. If the product gets returned to Printful, you can get it shipped to the correct address if you pay for reshipping.
